Process Principle of Oxygen Generators for Water Treatment:

Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) oxygen generation units use clean compressed air as the raw material and zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent to obtain oxygen at room temperature based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption. By leveraging the differences in adsorption capacity of oxygen and nitrogen on the surface of the zeolite molecular sieve and their varying diffusion rates within it, the system controls the opening and closing of pneumatic valves via a programmable logic controller (PLC). This enables the processes of pressurization for adsorption and depressurization for desorption, achieving the separation of oxygen and nitrogen to produce oxygen of the required purity.
