LCY-1000 Heat Recovery Air Dryer

The waste heat regenerative air dryer is a new type of adsorption dryer, which is neither a heated regeneration type nor a heatless regeneration type, but belongs to temperature swing adsorption. It utilizes the heat from the high-temperature exhaust of the air compressor to directly heat and regenerate the desiccant, ensuring thorough regeneration of the adsorbent. Even under low-pressure conditions of 0.35 MPa, as long as the compressor's load rate is not less than 70%, the drying device can operate reliably. Therefore, it fully utilizes its own energy source, offering energy-saving benefits. By eliminating the electric heater used in micro-heat regenerative dryers and consuming no compressed air during the heating regeneration process, the waste heat regenerative compressed air dryer is a new energy-efficient compressed air drying equipment.
