Working Principle
The molecular sieve oxygen generator produced by Lecheng separates air primarily through two adsorption towers filled with molecular sieves. At room temperature, compressed air undergoes filtration, dewatering, drying, and other purification processes before entering the adsorption towers. In the towers, nitrogen and other components in the air are adsorbed by the molecular sieves, enriching the oxygen in the gas phase. The oxygen flows out from the outlet and is stored in an oxygen buffer tank. Meanwhile, the molecular sieve in the other tower, having completed adsorption, is rapidly depressurized to release the adsorbed components. The two towers alternate cycles, producing low-cost oxygen with a purity of ≥90%. The automatic switching of all valves in the system is controlled by a computer.
