Frequency Conversion Energy-Saving PSA Nitrogen Generator

Hangzhou Lecheng Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. has developed the third-generation nitrogen generator—the variable frequency energy-saving nitrogen generator. Compared with ordinary nitrogen generators, the main advantages of the variable frequency energy-saving nitrogen generator are as follows:

1. High energy-saving performance. Regardless of the amount of nitrogen used, ordinary nitrogen generators consume a fixed amount of air, meaning the power consumption of the air compressor remains consistent. For example, a 100/99.5 nitrogen generator consumes 37 KW of electricity. Even if only 30 m³/h is being used, the air compressor still operates at full load, consuming 37 KW. Our variable frequency energy-saving nitrogen generator adopts a multi-module design, allowing the machine to be adjusted to a 30 m³ flow rate. At this setting, the power consumption of the nitrogen generator decreases by 70%, the load on the air compressor is reduced by 70%, and energy savings reach approximately 70%, delivering remarkable results.

2. Low pulverization rate of adsorbent and extended service life. Ordinary nitrogen generators have large adsorption cylinders, making compaction difficult. The variable frequency energy-saving nitrogen generator uses a multi-module design with numerous adsorption cylinders, reducing the volume of each cylinder. This makes compaction easier, prevents adsorbent pulverization, and extends service life.

3. Easy maintenance of the variable frequency energy-saving nitrogen generator. For example, replacing molecular sieve in ordinary nitrogen generators requires shutdown, whereas the variable frequency energy-saving nitrogen generator allows for molecular sieve replacement without stopping operation.

4. Low failure rate and high output. The multi-adsorption cylinder design significantly improves the stability of the molecular sieve, ensures more uniform airflow distribution, and increases nitrogen production.

5. Reserved nitrogen output expansion interface. If increased output is needed, ordinary nitrogen generators cannot be upgraded and require the purchase of an additional unit. The variable frequency energy-saving nitrogen generator comes with a reserved nitrogen output expansion interface. Simply adding one more adsorption module can increase production, saving customers the cost of buying a new machine.
