VPSA Oxygen Generator Adsorption Process:
Using a blower to pressurize and feed raw air into the adsorption tower, impurity gases such as nitrogen are preferentially adsorbed by the molecular sieve, while oxygen is enriched at the top of the adsorption tower and then enters the equalizing buffer tank to supply oxygen downstream.
VPSA Oxygen Generator Desorption Process
After the molecular sieve becomes saturated with adsorption, the valves are switched to reverse the blower's action for vacuum extraction, restoring the adsorption capacity of the molecular sieve. During this stage, the equalizing buffer tank continues to supply oxygen downstream.
