  The containerized nitrogen generator refers to the installation of all PSA nitrogen generation equipment components within a container, allowing for mass production in factories. It imposes no special requirements on the installation site, as it can be transported and hoisted as a whole to the designated location. It only requires pipeline connections to be put into operation, eliminating the need for building a station house. It features protection against wind, sun, rain, insects, and rodents. Combined with internal environmental control and power equipment selection, it meets various outdoor operational requirements. It can be used directly outdoors, stacked, or vehicle-mounted, effectively saving space. With a mobile design and redundancy design, it ensures nitrogen usage safety.

Working Principle of Containerized Nitrogen Generator

  As part of the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generator series, the containerized nitrogen generator primarily utilizes the pressure swing adsorption principle. Using air as the raw material, it leverages the different adsorption properties of nitrogen and oxygen in the air by molecular sieve adsorbents to produce nitrogen at room temperature through pressure swing adsorption (PSA). Its main structure consists of an air purification system, automatic control system, nitrogen generation system, and nitrogen storage tank.
