Plateau Containerized Oxygen Generator

Containerized oxygen generators feature a compact structure, integrated skid-mounted design, and a small footprint, eliminating the need for infrastructure investment and effectively reducing investment costs. They offer large adsorption capacity, high compressive strength, and a long service life. Under normal operation, the service life can reach up to 10 years, with over a million cycles, low failure rate, easy maintenance, and low maintenance costs. The oxygen output of our company's containerized oxygen generators can reach: 3-200 Nm³, with oxygen purity ranging from 90-95%, making them suitable for outdoor mobile operations.

Working Principle of Containerized Oxygen Generators

Lecheng containerized oxygen generators use air as the gas source and employ pressure swing adsorption technology to separate oxygen from the air. Purified compressed air enters the bottom of the adsorption tower, which is filled with zeolite molecular sieves. These sieves adsorb most of the nitrogen, achieving oxygen-nitrogen separation under the effect of pressure swing adsorption. Due to the selective adsorption characteristics of the molecular sieves, nitrogen is adsorbed within the zeolite molecular sieves, while oxygen is enriched in the gas phase and output as the product. The system is equipped with two adsorption towers: one tower adsorbs and produces oxygen, while the other undergoes desorption and regeneration, alternating cycles to ensure continuous oxygen production.
