VPSA Oxygen Generator Technical Principle

The equipment utilizes high-quality zeolite molecular sieves to selectively adsorb impurities such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and water from the air. The unadsorbed oxygen is enriched and delivered as product gas to the oxygen storage tank. When the working tower approaches saturation in adsorbing nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and water, the molecular sieve is desorbed and regenerated under vacuum conditions, while the other tower begins operation. The two adsorption towers cyclically perform adsorption, pressure equalization, desorption, and vacuum extraction, enabling continuous oxygen production from air.
