I. Main Structure and Features
The trailer is mainly composed of the trailer head, front frame, turntable bearing, frame, wheel bracket, and wheel assembly. The trailer head is connected to the front frame via a pin shaft, and the front frame is connected to the frame via the turntable bearing, enabling steering. The wheel bracket is connected to the frame via pin shafts and connecting plates, with springs installed in between to provide shock absorption. The wheel assembly mainly consists of solid tires, wheel axles, bearings, etc., and is mounted on the wheel bracket. The frame is a fully welded structure made from I-beams and Q235-B hot-rolled steel plates, featuring high strength, simple structure, and ease of processing and maintenance.

II. Usage Precautions
Whether the trailer can maintain good operating condition and achieve a long service life is directly related to the driver's operating skills, adherence to regulations, and proper maintenance. Only by using it as specified and regularly monitoring its operating condition can the trailer's normal operation be ensured.

1. Coupling and decoupling with the main vehicle: When coupling the trailer to the main vehicle, first park the trailer in a straight position, reverse the main vehicle, connect the trailer head to the main vehicle's traction part with a pin shaft, and secure it reliably. When decoupling, securely brake the main vehicle, remove the pin shaft, and drive the main vehicle away from the trailer.
2. Start the vehicle smoothly, pay attention to the surrounding environment, start slowly, and drive at low speed.
3. During vehicle operation, avoid emergency braking as much as possible to prevent damage to components, trailer push-collision incidents, or even more serious accidents.
4. The vehicle's straight-line and turning speeds should remain within the specified limits; speeding is strictly prohibited.
5. When loading container spreaders, distribute the load evenly to ensure the trailer bears the load uniformly.
6. Before use, check all connections and fasteners, such as the turntable bearing bolts and wheel bolts, for looseness or detachment.

III. Regular Inspection and Maintenance
To ensure the trailer remains in good condition and operates safely and reliably, regular inspections and maintenance must be performed.
1. Regularly retighten fasteners, especially the turntable bearing mounting bolts and wheel bolts.
2. Regularly apply grease to moving parts, particularly the turntable bearing and wheel bearings.
3. Regularly inspect structural components such as the trailer head, front frame, frame, and wheel bracket for cracks or weld fractures.
4. Regularly check if the tires are excessively worn.
