JDX-01 Grounding Boots

This supporting product complies with the relevant provisions of the national standard GB/T15361-94 and the requirement of the crane safety regulation that "each lifting equipment shall have a clearly visible grounding device." It can serve as a sliding grounding device for rail mobile equipment. Due to the excellent insulation between the bracket and the ground (6-10kV), it can safely conduct lightning to the ground rail's grounding electrode, replacing similar foreign products. This overcomes the previous reliance on structural components and wheels for grounding, which caused the entire machine's potential to rise during lightning strikes, damaging electrical equipment. Additionally, it eliminates the defect of spark generation at the moment of lightning strike due to point contact in the wheel's ball bearings, which could damage the bearings. Thereby, it enhances the service life of the electrical equipment in the machinery room and the traveling mechanism.
