300 Type Top Rail Device

The 300-type rail top clamp prevents rail-mounted cranes from creeping due to strong winds, and is particularly effective against sudden gusts during operation. During a power outage, the clamping block is pressed against the rail surface by spring force, allowing the rail clamp to bear part of the crane's weight. It relies on the sliding friction resistance between the clamping block and the rail surface to prevent creeping. When the operating mechanism starts, the hydraulic pump station lifts the clamping block, enabling normal crane operation. Each crane uses two hydraulic stations, equipped with two or four rail clamps. Alternatively, the 96-04 type rail clamp can be selected.
