Material and Manufacturing Process

- Material: Continuous galvanized steel sheet is selected, pre-treated, and then coated with primer and topcoat on its surface to form color-coated steel sheet.

- Process: Manufactured through a series of automated processes including coil film coating, punching, molding, stretching, notching, bottom repair, stiffener riveting, and corner boss bending.

Product Features

- Energy-saving and lightweight: Thickness is only 70%-85% of traditional cable trays, using less material and lighter weight, saving 20%-60% of steel, reducing transportation and installation costs.

- High strength: Molded bottom and side panel design increase axial and lateral moments of inertia, enhancing bending stiffness. Load-bearing capacity is over 10% higher than traditional trough-type cable trays, effectively preventing side panel instability.

- Excellent heat dissipation: The three-dimensional concave-convex structure provides upper and lower air circulation space inside the cable tray. After cable installation, air convection is formed, improving cable thermal loss and resistance, and reducing power consumption.

- Superior corrosion resistance: Multi-layer composite structure fused with organic coating, neutral salt spray test can exceed 480 hours. Compared to traditional hot-dip galvanizing and hot-dip zinc processes, corrosion resistance is significantly improved, with a service life of over 30 years.

- Easy installation: Lightweight, and can be cut, bent, and connected as needed to adapt to different scenarios and wiring requirements, reducing labor intensity and shortening construction time.

- Aesthetic and practical: Different colors are used to distinguish functional areas such as power, weak current, fire protection, and communication, enhancing aesthetics and facilitating later maintenance.

Suitable for commercial complexes, municipal engineering, super high-rise buildings, landmark buildings, schools, hotels, residences, factories, equipment rooms, warehouses, and other places, used to support and protect various cables such as building cables, communication cables, control cables, and computer cables.

Specifications and Dimensions

Common specifications include widths ranging from 100mm to 1200mm, heights from 50mm to 200mm, and thickness generally between 1.0mm and 2.5mm. Customization is available based on actual requirements.
