III. Usage Instructions

1. Installation Process

- Positioning and Marking: Mark bracket positions according to design drawings. Horizontal pipe bracket spacing must meet seismic fortification requirements (e.g., ≤12m for intensity 8 zones). Vertical pipe brackets should have at least one per floor, preferably 1.5-1.8m from the ground.

- Fixing the Base: Use M10-M16 expansion bolts to fix the base to concrete structures. For steel structures, use welding or bolt connections, ensuring the base load capacity is ≥1.5 times the bracket load and reliably connected to the main building structure.

- Bracket Assembly and Adjustment: Assemble channel steel, seismic connectors, and pipe clamps according to the drawings. Adjust bracket levelness (deviation ≤2mm/m) and verticality (deviation ≤3mm). Node bolt torque must reach 40-60N·m.

- Pipe Fixation: Tighten pipe clamps after pipe installation. Place rubber gaskets between clamps and pipes to prevent wear. Hinged parts of seismic nodes must remain freely movable without affecting pipe thermal expansion and contraction.

2. Maintenance Points

- Regular Inspection: Check bolts for looseness, welds for cracks, and anti-corrosion layers for damage quarterly. Replace accessories or repaint promptly if issues are found (use zinc paint for damaged hot-dip galvanized layers).

- Node Maintenance: Apply lithium-based grease to spring damping nodes annually. Test spring compression rebound (should be ≥90%). Check pin wear for articulated nodes; replace if wear exceeds 1mm.

- Pipe Linkage Test: During pipe system pressure testing, check for displacement at bracket and pipe fixation points. Ensure pipe clamps fit tightly against pipes with no gaps or looseness.
