- Its production involves pre-treating galvanized steel plates, followed by a series of processes such as automated coil coating, punching, pressing, stretching, edge notching, bottom repair, stiffener riveting, and corner boss bending.

- Strength and Load Capacity: The pressed bottom and side panel design increase axial and lateral moments of inertia, enhancing bending stiffness. The load capacity is over 10% higher than traditional trough-type cable trays, effectively preventing side panel instability.
- Energy Efficiency and Lightweight: Thickness is only 70%-85% of traditional cable trays, using less material and reducing weight. It saves 20%-60% of steel, lowering transportation and installation costs.
- Corrosion Resistance: The galvanized layer itself offers excellent corrosion resistance. Additional surface treatments like hot-dip galvanizing or powder coating can extend neutral salt spray test results to over 480 hours, with a service life exceeding 30 years.
- Excellent Heat Dissipation: The three-dimensional concave-convex structure creates airflow space above and below inside the cable tray trough. After cable installation, air convection forms, improving cable heat loss and resistance, and reducing energy consumption.
