Performance and Characteristics

    1. This product features high whiteness, low dosage, and low-temperature development, making it an ideal low-temperature whitening agent.

2. Suitable for pad dyeing thermosol process, high-temperature high-pressure dyeing, and low-temperature adsorption fixation dyeing.

Application Scope

Mainly used for whitening and brightening polyester, polyester-cotton, polyester-linen, and other blended fabrics.

Usage Methods

    1. Pad Dyeing Thermosol Process

  PS-3 Dosage: 2～4g/L

  Process: Two dips and two nips (pick-up rate 70%)→Pre-drying (100℃)→Curing (setting) (180～200℃, 20～30 seconds)

    2. Dyeing Method

  PS-3 Dosage: 0.2～0.3%(o.w.f)

Bath Ratio: 1∶10～30      pH Value: 5～10 (Weak acidic bath is preferred)

  Process: 95~135℃×30~60min→Rinsing→Drying→Setting

Packaging and Storage

    25Kg plastic drum, or customized packaging as per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Shelf life: six months.
