Galvanized cable tray is a bracket that supports and holds cables. Galvanized cable trays are widely used in engineering; wherever cables are laid, cable trays are required. As a supporting project in wiring engineering, there is currently no specific standard to guide the use of cable trays, and the specifications from various manufacturers lack universality. These can all be categorized under traditional enclosed wiring methods. In contrast, open wiring has become increasingly popular in recent years, utilizing a special type of open cable tray.

Safety of Galvanized Cable Trays: The metal enclosed shell of the busway can protect the busbar from mechanical damage or animal harm. High-strength enclosed busbars are very safe when installed with plug-in units in power distribution systems. The shell can serve as an integrated ground, ensuring very reliable grounding. In contrast, the PVC shell of cables is susceptible to mechanical and animal damage. When installing cables, the power must be cut off first, which can be dangerous if errors occur. Especially when on-site grounding work is required for cables, unreliable grounding increases the risk.
