F100-H536.01 K0.5RW2 motorized spindle is equipped with 140bar ultra-high pressure internal cooling function, enabling high-speed and high-precision machining of micro deep holes. Compared to traditional spindles with internal pressure below 80bar, it offers smoother chip evacuation and higher efficiency during drilling; with a speed of 36000rpm, the surface quality of machined holes and the roundness are more ideal; the internal runout of the spindle is <1μ. This specification is suitable for small deep holes below 2mm in diameter that traditional motorized spindles cannot process, making it an efficient and high-precision motorized spindle for micro hole machining. This series includes four specifications: 5.5KW, 10KW, 16.6KW, and 26.8KW for selection.
