   Skirtboard Head: Its function is to block the overflow of dust and is the most severely worn part. Made of high-molecular polyurethane material, with special additives and high-pressure injection molding, the polyurethane significantly extends the service life of the anti-spill skirtboard. Field tests show that at belt speeds ≤4m/s, the anti-spill skirtboard has a long lifespan.

   The skirtboard ear section uses natural rubber, which has good elasticity. Due to this elasticity, the skirtboard head applies appropriate pressure to the belt, ensuring it remains tightly pressed against the belt to prevent dust overflow.

  The skirtboard on each side of the guide chute is made into a single piece, the same length as the guide chute, to prevent air leakage at the seams.
