1. Before packing: Place an empty pallet at the packing position under the weighing platform.
2. Bag placement: Start the machine; the bag clamping device automatically clamps the bag, sealing the filling port. The lifting frame automatically rises to the manually set position suitable for the bag.
3. Tare: The packing machine automatically tares the weight of the bag.
4. Fast feeding: The machine automatically controls the opening of the gravity feeding mechanism. During feeding, the weighing instrument continuously measures the weight of the material in the bag. When the weight reaches the preset fast-feeding value, fast feeding ends.
5. Slow feeding: After fast feeding, the machine automatically switches to slow feeding. When the slow feeding reaches the set value, the feeding process ends, and the machine automatically stops the feeder.
6. Discharge: After feeding, once the filled bag lands on the pallet, the worker presses the conveyor button to start the conveyor and transport the bag out of the packing position, waiting for the forklift to move the pallet away.
