Pneumatic Powder Filling Machine

The pneumatic powder filling machine boasts a high degree of automation and simple operation. Equipped with a newly developed automatic bag unloading device, it only requires workers to insert the bag (suitable for valve bags) to complete the packaging production process, saving labor (3-4 people), reducing the labor intensity of workers, greatly lowering production costs, and improving production efficiency. The pneumatic valve bag packaging machine is suitable for packaging powders or fine particles (≤5mm) with good fluidity, utilizing compressed air as the power source. Compressed air passes through an atomizer (air cushion) to fluidize the material in the sealed container, thereby achieving the function of conveying and feeding. The sealing is achieved with a pneumatic rubber valve, and by controlling the flow area of the valve, the feeding amount of the packaged material is regulated, ensuring effective and stable packaging accuracy and speed. This production line can produce a variety of dry powder products: thermal insulation mortar, bonding mortar, crack-resistant mortar, dry powder adhesive, self-leveling mortar, dry powder putty, and many other dry powder material products.

1. Fully automatic microcomputer control, computer intelligent automatic recognition, automatic measurement, high sensitivity, stable performance, strong anti-interference ability, and accurate weighing;

2. New design, without mechanical weighing mechanisms such as gate plates, scale levers, counterweights, locking wheels, locking pins, tension springs, or pull springs, infinitely reducing vulnerable parts; this not only lowers maintenance costs but also improves production efficiency;

3. Automatically realizes functions such as bag clamping, filling, closing, and bag dropping, with stable performance and simple operation;

4. The entire machine body is sealed and equipped with a dust removal port, featuring a rational structure and durability, truly achieving environmentally friendly production;

5. This packaging machine mainly comes in two models: single nozzle (GZM-AI) and double nozzle (GZM-AII), and by arranging double nozzles side by side, a 4-6 nozzle packaging machine can be formed.
