25L Small Semi-Automatic Paste Filling Machine

The 5-30KG small drum automatic filling machine is a compact automatic filling system independently developed by our company. It primarily involves manually placing the drum onto the weighing platform for rapid positioning and alignment. The system automatically detects the drum position, performs automatic tare, opens the filling gun and ball valve group to commence filling. It employs a two-stage filling process (large and small flow) to reach the target value, after which the filling gun automatically closes. The drum is then manually moved to the capping area for pneumatic capping, followed by manual palletizing.

Diversion device: The filling gun head is equipped with a detachable diversion device to prevent splashing during high-flow filling while ensuring accuracy.

Replaceable chuck: Uses a replaceable pneumatic capping machine suitable for different specifications of metal drums on the market. One-key operation for quick and accurate capping.
