The liquid filling machine is a fully automatic intelligent multi-speed weighing type liquid filling machine, using submerged filling, suitable for filling foamy liquids. The uniquely designed spray valve is easy to operate, allowing quick change of valve heads for different liquid fillings, achieving high-speed and precise filling.
Liquid quantitative filling machines are widely used for filling coatings, paints, inks, adhesives, curing agents, resins, dyes, cleaning agents, engine oil, glycerin, lubricants, edible oils, flavors, solvents, additives, food additives, pesticides, etc.
Weight adjustment range: 100～300kg (standard design for 30-gallon (110L) or 55-gallon (200L) drums; after height adjustment, it can fill other non-standard drums)
Material interface: Material inlet pressure <0.6MPa
Filling speed: 1～2 drums (200L)/minute (nominal diameter 1.5", material flow rate guaranteed at 280L/min)
Filling accuracy: Class 0.2
Spray valve structure: The material in contact with the liquid is 316 stainless steel, and the rest is made of 304 stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.
