Product Overview

The DCM621KH intelligent motor anti-voltage-dip device integrates advanced power electronics, curve fitting, and synchronous starting technologies. It employs unique detection methods and logical judgment to monitor grid voltage and contactor operating status in real time. During a voltage dip, the device is powered by an internal supercapacitor to maintain normal operation. If the dip lasts less than 500ms, the device maintains the motor control circuit's working condition via internal contact output. If the dip exceeds 500ms and the contactor has released, the device automatically enters the "synchronous restart" mode once voltage returns to normal.

The restart function of the DCM621KH includes two modes: immediate undervoltage restart and batch synchronous undervoltage restart. By setting the restart delay time, either immediate undervoltage restart or batch synchronous restart can be achieved, enabling safe and rapid motor starting and process recovery.

The DCM621KH automatically adapts to various contactors and control circuits without considering motor capacity. Both the allowable voltage dip time and restart delay time can be set via a rotary DIP switch, making it highly user-friendly and convenient.
