Product Overview

The DCMT series automatic power transfer system is an upgraded multi-source automatic switching product developed by Nanjing Guogao Electric based on years of experience in the field of reliable low-voltage multi-power supply, combined with extensive operational experience in low-voltage automatic transfer switches. As a new generation automatic power switching system, it adopts an integrated design with pre-fabricated cable connections between components, greatly simplifying wiring and enhancing safety compared to traditional low-voltage automatic transfer switches.

The DCMT series automatic power transfer system is primarily used in distribution systems below AC690V, specifically designed for rapid switching on the power inlet side. It offers comprehensive transfer control functions and reliable protection capabilities. Suitable for most inlet schemes, it can provide various power transfer systems such as "two inlets, one inlet and one generator, two inlets and one bus tie, three inlets," etc. With an embedded PLC module, it offers multiple logic function options, allowing adjustment of various time parameters according to on-site operations to meet different application needs. Customized multi-power transfer systems are also available.

The DCMT series automatic power transfer system features functions such as monitoring power supply voltage, frequency, and phase. In addition to conventional switching, it also provides parallel switching functionality to ensure continuous power supply and the safety and stability of load power in special scenarios, guaranteeing the continuity of production operations. It is widely used in smart manufacturing, rail transit, smart commercial complexes, power plants and substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and other applications.

DCMT Series Automatic Power Transfer System Components

The DCMT series automatic power transfer system consists of a controller, adapter, and actuating circuit breaker. It is fully compatible with automatic transfer switches from other brands. In addition to the system-matched actuating circuit breaker, it can also use mainstream circuit breakers from domestic and international manufacturers (such as EMax, MT, 3WT, M-PACT, DW45, CW1, RMW2, etc.). The actuating circuit breaker, equipped with an adapter, connects to the controller via a control cable. The controller monitors parameters such as inlet power voltage and automatically completes the corresponding transfer process based on the set logic program.
