The Disaster Prevention Safety System for Passenger Dedicated Lines (Disaster Prevention Power Supply Box for Passenger Dedicated Lines, Dual Power Supply Box for High-Speed Rail Disaster Prevention) is one of the essential infrastructures ensuring the safe operation of high-speed railways. It provides data and basis for train operation management, primarily including monitoring systems for wind direction, rainfall, snow depth, earthquakes, and foreign object intrusions. The reliability of the system's power supply is fundamental to its stability, and dual power supply automatic switching is a widely accepted solution for system power within the industry.

The FZJF-1 Dual Power Distribution Box for Passenger Dedicated Line Disaster Prevention Equipment (featuring auto-switch and auto-recovery, auto-switch without recovery, mutual switching, and manual disaster prevention modes) is designed to meet the power distribution requirements of disaster prevention systems. Based on nearly a thousand railway disaster prevention control devices and incorporating internationally renowned circuit breakers, this new-generation power distribution system is standardized for wall-mounted or embedded installation (concealed mounting). It offers high reliability, intelligence, ease of operation, and compact size.
The FZJF-1 Dual Power Distribution Box is suitable for low-voltage power distribution disaster prevention systems without auxiliary power sources (UPS/D.C. panels) on-site. It is used at the front end of UPS systems for disaster prevention equipment and supports modes such as auto-switch and auto-recovery, auto-switch without recovery, mutual switching, and manual debugging. It ensures rapid and reliable switching between qualified dual power sources to guarantee power supply reliability. The FZJF-1 primarily consists of a DCM631MS controller (specialized auto-switch and auto-recovery module for passenger dedicated lines), imported brand circuit breakers, built-in fused surge protectors, and system backup power supplies.

Main Product Functions
Auto-Switch and Auto-Recovery Process:
☆ Under normal power supply conditions, Power Source 1 supplies UPS-I load for disaster prevention equipment, Power Source 2 supplies UPS-II load, and the bus-tie circuit breaker is in the open state. The system enters a hot standby state with charging completed.
☆ If Power Source 1 fails, the control module trips the circuit breaker of Power Source 1. After confirming the trip, it closes the bus-tie circuit breaker to complete the auto-switch action. When Power Source 1 is restored, the control module trips the bus-tie circuit breaker. After confirming the trip, it closes the incoming circuit breaker of Power Source 1. After confirming the closure, the auto-recovery action is completed.
☆ If Power Source 2 fails, the control module trips the circuit breaker of Power Source 2. After confirming the trip, it closes the bus-tie circuit breaker to complete the auto-switch action. When Power Source 2 is restored, the control module trips the bus-tie circuit breaker. After confirming the trip, it closes the incoming circuit breaker of Power Source 2. After confirming the closure, the auto-recovery action is completed.
Auto-Switch Without Recovery Process:
☆ Under normal power supply conditions, Power Source 1 supplies UPS-I load for disaster prevention equipment, Power Source 2 supplies UPS-II load, and the bus-tie circuit breaker is in the open state. The system enters a hot standby state with charging completed.
☆ If Power Source 1 fails, the control module trips the circuit breaker of Power Source 1. After confirming the trip, it closes the bus-tie circuit breaker to complete the auto-switch action. When Power Source 1 is restored, the control module takes no further action.
☆ If Power Source 2 fails, the control module trips the circuit breaker of Power Source 2. After confirming the trip, it closes the bus-tie circuit breaker to complete the auto-switch action. When Power Source 2 is restored, the control module takes no further action.
Mutual Switching Process:
☆ Under normal power supply conditions, Power Source 1 supplies UPS-I load for disaster prevention equipment, Power Source 2 supplies UPS-II load, and the bus-tie circuit breaker is in the open state. The system enters a hot standby state with charging completed.
☆ If Power Source 1 fails, the control module trips the circuit breaker of Power Source 1. After confirming the trip, it closes the bus-tie circuit breaker to complete the auto-switch action. When Power Source 1 is restored, the control module does not perform auto-recovery. However, if Power Source 2 fails, the controller trips the circuit breaker of Power Source 2 and closes the circuit breaker of Power Source 1 to complete the mutual switching action.
☆ If Power Source 2 fails, the control module trips the circuit breaker of Power Source 2. After confirming the trip, it closes the bus-tie circuit breaker to complete the auto-switch action. When Power Source 2 is restored, the control module does not perform auto-recovery. However, if Power Source 1 fails, the controller trips the circuit breaker of Power Source 1 and closes the circuit breaker of Power Source 2 to complete the mutual switching action.
Manual Mode (Debugging and Maintenance) Process:
☆ When the panel selector switch is set to manual mode, the system enters manual debugging state.
☆ Directly open or close circuit breakers using the buttons on the panel, and observe the status through indicator lights.
