This product is an epoxy zinc-rich heavy-duty anti-corrosion primer, primarily formulated with epoxy resin as the main film-forming base, supplemented with modified resins, special additives, auxiliaries, solvents, etc., prepared through a specific process.

Suitable for use as an anti-rust primer for indoor or outdoor exposed steel surfaces, as well as for bridges, ships, offshore platforms, underwater coatings, harbor facilities, automotive chassis metal surface rust prevention, and internal/external wall rust prevention primer for oil tanks; it can also serve as a chemical anti-corrosion coating, conductive paint, cathodic protection, and anti-corrosion coating for coal mine facilities.

Application Reference

1. Recommended film thickness: 60-80 μm.

2. The surface to be coated must be free of scale, rust, oil, and other contaminants.

3. Usage: 0.2-0.25 kg per square meter (excluding loss).

4. Mixed paint must be used within 6 hours.

5. Applicable by brushing, air spraying, or rolling.

6. Continuous stirring is required during application to prevent settling.

7. Substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point. When the substrate temperature is below 5°C, the film will not cure, so application is not recommended.

8. After opening Component A, it must be stirred thoroughly. Then, while stirring, pour Component B into Component A according to the specified ratio, mix evenly, let stand, mature for 30 minutes, add an appropriate amount of thinner, and adjust to the application viscosity.
