1. The surface of the object to be painted should be intact, free of water, oil, dust, etc. If the primer exceeds the interval period, roughening treatment should be performed.

2. Construction can proceed when the steel surface temperature is at least 3°C higher than the dew point temperature of the surrounding air. Construction is not allowed when the relative humidity exceeds 85%. The construction temperature should be between 10–30°C. Construction is strictly prohibited under conditions of rain, snow, fog, frost, dew, or strong wind.

3. Avoid collision, direct sunlight, rain, and keep away from fire sources during transportation. Store in a cool, ventilated indoor warehouse. The storage period is one year (if the storage period is exceeded, it can still be used after passing inspection).

4. The construction environment should have good ventilation conditions. Open flames are strictly prohibited at the construction site. Paint construction personnel must wear appropriate safety protective equipment to prevent inhalation of paint mist. If paint splashes onto the skin, wash with soap and seek medical attention if necessary.
