Guan brand alkali-resistant paint is suitable for anti-corrosion in oil storage tanks, ships, sluices, water pipes, sewage treatment pools, tunnels, coal mine tunnels, offshore engineering, etc., especially for waterproofing and anti-corrosion coating in humid environments.

Construction instructions: 1. Stir the main paint evenly before use, then mix the two components by weight ratio, and let it stand for 20-30 minutes after mixing.

2. Surface treatment: Remove dirt, oil, and rust from the surface. According to GB/T 8923, sandblasting derusting should reach Sa2.5 grade standard, manual derusting and mechanical derusting should reach St3 grade standard. The primer should be applied as soon as possible after surface treatment to avoid rust recurrence.

3. Application methods: Brushing, roller coating, spraying, or high-pressure airless spraying. The pot life of the mixed paint is 4 hours, as it may gel if left too long.

4. Coating interval (25%): Minimum 2 hours or surface dry, maximum unlimited (if longer than 10 days, the surface of the previous coat should be roughened).

5. Use Guan brand matching thinner. When spraying, the thinner should not exceed 15% of the paint; when brushing or roller coating, it should not exceed 10% of the paint.
