Construction Process
1. Surface Treatment

Metal: Sandblasting to Sa2.5 grade (roughness 40-70μm)

Concrete: Moisture content ≤8%, compressive strength ≥C20, grinding and dust removal

2. Paint Preparation

Strictly mix Component A (resin) and Component B (curing agent) in proportion (commonly 4:1 or 5:1)

Stir for 3 minutes → mature for 10 minutes → pot life 30-60 minutes (25℃)

3. Coating Key Points

Film Thickness Control: Primer 50-80μm, topcoat 80-120μm

Recoating Interval: 4-6 hours after surface drying, not exceeding 7 days (requires roughening if exceeded)

Curing Conditions: 7 days (25℃) to achieve optimal performance, extended time required at low temperatures
