Product Introduction: This product is a two-component system, with component A being a water-based epoxy resin emulsion and component B being a modified colored water-based epoxy curing agent. After drying and film formation, it becomes a colored water-based epoxy coating.

Using water as the dispersion medium, it is non-flammable and non-explosive. It can be diluted with water and used to clean painting tools. The construction process is pollution-free, offering safety and environmental protection.

Application: Used as a decorative material for water-based epoxy floor surfaces, providing waterproofing, anti-corrosion, and wear resistance, while also achieving an aesthetic and dust-free decorative effect on concrete floors.

Water-based floor paint has outstanding environmental characteristics, making it suitable for factories with high environmental standards, such as electronic equipment, food, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as large shopping mall epoxy floor paints.

Usage Instructions:

1. Before construction, remove loose dust, sand, oil stains, moisture, and other attachments from the base surface.

2. Accurately mix components A and B in the specified ratio, stir for about 3-5 minutes until uniform, then add an appropriate amount of water to adjust the application viscosity.

3. After mixing, the paint must mature for at least 5 minutes; use it within the specified time (30 minutes) to avoid waste; do not use gelled paint.

4. Each layer must be completely dry before applying the next layer (depending on the ambient temperature).

5. Maintain good ventilation during application; do not apply at temperatures below 10°C or humidity above 80%.

6. Do not mix with other paints or organic solvents during application to prevent deterioration.

7. Product application system: Water-based epoxy primer + water-based epoxy intermediate coat + water-based epoxy topcoat + water-based polyurethane gloss finish.

8. Tool cleaning: Clean tools immediately after use with water.
