Technical Requirements:

Drying Time (25°C): Surface dry 2h; Hard dry 24h;

Construction Requirements: 1) Remove dust, weld slag, loose rust, and other attachments from the steel surface, or simply remove rust with sandpaper or a wire brush before painting. For steel parts requiring higher surface smoothness, the derusted surface must be even.

2) Before painting, remove oil, acid, alkali, salt, dust, mud, loose rust, and flaking old paint from the metal surface. Apply flexibly according to the rust layer condition, recoating heavily rusted areas, and protect from rain within six hours after application.

3) Simple and convenient construction: Stir the paint evenly. If the viscosity is too high, use the matching thinner for dilution.

4) Can be applied by brushing, rolling, dipping, or spraying. Apply heavily on severe rust and lightly on light rust, depending on the corrosion condition.

5) Before construction, remove oil, sand, debris, and loose rust from the steel surface.
