Guan Brand Epoxy Floor Paint Construction Method/Steps:

1. Try to avoid construction during high-temperature periods; staggered construction during morning and evening hours is recommended. Before using any materials, fully stir Component B, then pour Components A and B into the mixing bucket in proportion and mix thoroughly. After maturation, add quartz powder or other powder materials, stir uniformly, and then use.

2. In summer high temperatures, surface coating may exhibit slight color separation, with possible occurrences of gray or blue shades. Ensure thorough stirring before use.

3. When summer temperatures are excessively high, use the mixed materials as soon as possible, typically within 30 minutes, to prevent material solidification.

4. Epoxy floor manufacturers adopt manual cooling measures to reduce the construction environment temperature.

5. To manage the relative humidity of the construction environment, manual humidification of the construction site can be employed.

6. After construction by the epoxy floor paint manufacturer, ensure dedicated personnel are present on-site to monitor, preventing dry shrinkage cracks in the epoxy floor due to excessive temperatures.
