During the application of epoxy asphalt paint, pay attention to weather and temperature changes. Avoid application on rainy, foggy, snowy days, or when relative humidity exceeds 80%.

Welds on steel surfaces must be free of edges, smooth, without weld beads or burrs. If the weld is higher than 2mm, mix primer and talcum powder into a putty with suitable viscosity, apply it on both sides of the weld after the primer surface dries, and level it to form a transitional curve to avoid vacuum when wrapping fiberglass cloth.

For thick coating application of epoxy asphalt paint, apply without sagging. Generally, no thinner is needed during preparation, but if the ambient temperature is too low and viscosity is high, add 1% to 5% thinner and appropriately increase the hardener.
