Engage in the construction of river, sea, and port terminals; dry docks, shipways, ship locks, ship lifts, channel dredging, land reclamation, port storage yards, embankment revetments, underwater rock blasting, and reef clearance projects; as well as corresponding silos, underwater foundations, earthwork, navigation markers, trestles, coastal and offshore marine engineering; port loading and unloading equipment installation, navigation structure equipment installation, underwater excavation, heavy lifting, inland river salvage, and obstacle clearance.

7. Desulfurization Corrosion Protection
Coal used in thermal power plants contains sulfur, which produces SO₂ during combustion, affecting air quality after emission.
