This system is primarily used for testing PEM fuel cell membrane electrodes, assisting users in quickly understanding the various performance characteristics of fuel cells, as well as the impact of fuel under different conditions such as temperature, humidity, and pressure on fuel cell performance. It can perform IV performance testing, reverse polarity testing, electrolysis testing, impedance testing, gas tightness testing, and life durability testing of fuel cells.
This equipment includes the following major functions to analyze fuel cell performance:
1. Real-time software interface that displays the performance status of the fuel cell stack in real time and allows for real-time data storage and analysis;
2. Precise control and measurement of parameters such as fuel (hydrogen) flow rate, temperature, humidity, and pressure to analyze the impact of hydrogen parameter changes on the fuel cell stack during power generation and to identify control parameters for the fuel cell stack;
3. Precise control and measurement of parameters such as air flow rate, temperature, humidity, and pressure to analyze the impact of air parameter changes on the fuel cell stack during power generation and to identify control parameters for the fuel cell stack;
4. Battery stack voltage measurement module, enabling users to monitor the voltage status of individual cells, ensuring monitoring and protection of the stack's safety during testing;
5. Electrochemical workstation (optional), combined with voltage module measurements, enables AC impedance testing to analyze the impedance distribution of individual cells, assisting fuel cell stack developers in finding better improvement methods.
