The YJD-16 rotary valve for pneumatic conveying equipment, with its compact structure, reliable sealing, and flexible adjustment, serves as a key device in industrial production for material conveying and discharging. The rotary valve consists of a housing, end covers, an impeller, and a sealing structure. The housing is cylindrical, acting as the outer shell of the discharger to protect and support internal components; the end covers are installed at both ends of the housing to enclose it and prevent material leakage; the impeller is a rotor with multiple blades and is the key component for material conveying; the sealing structure is used to prevent dust leakage and ensure the equipment's sealing performance.

Working principle: When materials from the upper silo fall by gravity and fill the gaps between the blades, the motor reducer drives the impeller to rotate within the cylindrical housing. As the blades rotate, the materials are conveyed downward and discharged, enabling continuous and quantitative feeding and discharging. Simultaneously, the pressure-equalizing vent discharges the high-pressure gas generated by the impeller's rotation, reducing gas-induced material blockage and ensuring the continuity and stability of material conveying.
