Rubber and plastic pellet cooling vertical vibrating elevator

Vertical vibrating elevators can simultaneously lift materials upwards while also completing the drying and cooling of materials. They come in two structural types: open trough and enclosed, and can be designed according to different process requirements, such as screening elevators for material particle classification and elevators for handling flammable and explosive materials. Yongmei Machinery's vertical elevator features a drive device with vibration motors installed at the lower part of the conveying tower. Two vibration motors are symmetrically and cross-mounted. The conveying tower consists of a pipe body and spiral conveying troughs welded around it. The tower is seated on a vibration damping device, which comprises a base and vibration isolation springs. When the vertical conveyor operates, based on the self-synchronization principle of dual vibration motors, the vibration motors generate excitation forces, forcing the entire conveying tower to perform a spatial composite vibration of horizontal circular motion and upward vertical motion. The material in the spiral trough, under the action of the conveying trough, undergoes uniform throwing circular motion and moves upward along the conveying trough, thereby completing the upward (or downward) conveying operation of materials.
