Adjustable Speed Cam Vibration Platform

The Yongmei mechanical vibration platform is used in the production process to transform granular and powdered materials from bulk to block or other forms. It is often used in conjunction with storage bins, making materials more compact through vibration, and is commonly applied in the handling of powdered and granular materials. The vibration platform generates mechanical energy through rotation, converting it into vibration signals transmitted to the platform. The rotating mechanism plays a crucial role in this process, transforming the mechanical energy generated by the motor into appropriate vibrations and transmitting the vibration signals to the platform. Specifically, the rotating mechanism mainly includes components such as cams, swing rods, and rotors. The cam has a fixed trapezoidal shape, with its bottom connected to the platform and its top linked to the swing rod. The swing rod connects the motor's rotating shaft to the cam. When the motor rotates, the cam gradually contacts the swing rod, causing the swing rod to move along with the cam and creating a relative motion with the rotating shaft. This motion is converted by the swing rod into three-dimensional vibration signals on the platform, thereby achieving vibration.
