Vibrating screen utilizes a power device, i.e., the vibration motor with eccentrically weighted blocks at the upper and lower ends in different phases. Due to high-speed placement, it generates a composite inertial force, which forces the vibrating body of the screen to perform a complex rotational motion. Under the action of the vibrating force, the screen frame continuously performs reciprocating motion, thereby driving the screen surface to undergo periodic vibration. As a result, the material on the screen surface moves directionally in a jumping manner along with the screen box. During this process, material smaller than the screen mesh aperture falls through the holes to the lower layer, becoming the undersize product, while material larger than the screen mesh aperture is discharged from the outlet after continuous jumping motion, ultimately completing the screening process.

The vibrating screen is a high-precision fine powder screening machine, characterized by low noise and high efficiency. It requires only 3-5 minutes for quick screen changing and features a fully enclosed structure, making it suitable for screening and filtering granular, powdered, and viscous materials. The vibrating screen uses an upright motor as the vibration source, with eccentric weights installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor. This converts the motor's rotational motion into a three-dimensional movement—horizontal, vertical, and inclined—which is then transmitted to the screen surface. By adjusting the phase angle at the upper and lower ends, the trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be altered.
