Application: This machine is suitable for the maintenance and installation of power insulation equipment such as transformers, mutual inductors, and oil switches that operate year-round. It is particularly effective for filtering and regenerating severely degraded insulating oil.

Features: 1. In addition to the functions of dehydration, degassing, and impurity removal found in the ZYA transformer oil vacuum filter, this machine also has the capability to regenerate degraded insulating oil. It effectively removes deep oxides, free carbon, and other polar substances from the oil, restoring the comprehensive indicators of degraded oil, such as oxidation resistance and carbonate water solubility.

2. This machine serves three purposes in one: it can be used separately for high-efficiency vacuum dehydration, degassing, and impurity removal systems; it can be used separately for the regeneration system; and it can also use both systems simultaneously.

3. This machine can also perform vacuum oil filling and vacuum drying for insulated power equipment like transformers, as well as enable safe online operation for live equipment.

4. The dual infrared beam scanning oil automatic control system automatically adjusts balance and detects foam. If excessive foam is detected, it automatically reduces pressure to eliminate foam, ensuring no oil leakage. Combined with a triple interlock protection system, it automatically shuts down in case of overpressure and provides continuous audible and visual flashing alarms, achieving truly unattended online operation.
