Hydraulic freight elevators do not require the installation of a machine room above the shaft, which has high requirements and costs. The top room can be level with the roof. In contrast, traditional machine room freight elevators require a net height of 4.2 meters at the top floor, while machine room-less freight elevators require a net height of 4.5 meters. Additionally, the machine room above the top floor generally requires an area of over 20 square meters and a height of about 2.8 meters.

4. Low requirements for shaft structural strength. Since the vertical loads, such as the self-weight of the hydraulic freight elevator car and the payload, are entirely borne by the hydraulic cylinder acting on the shaft foundation, the strength requirements for the shaft walls and top are relatively low. At the same time, the seismic resistance is stronger than that of ordinary elevators.
5. Hydraulic freight elevators use low-noise screw pumps, and the pump station and motor are designed as a submerged oil structure, which significantly reduces noise.

(3) Manual pump: In case of system failure, it can be operated to pump high-pressure oil to raise the car to the nearest floor level.
(4) Pipeline rupture valve: Automatically cuts off the oil circuit to stop descent if the hydraulic system pipeline ruptures and the car descends uncontrollably.
(5) Oil tank temperature protection: When the oil temperature in the tank exceeds the standard set value, the temperature protection device sends a signal to suspend elevator operation. The elevator can only be restarted after the oil temperature drops.
