A clean bench is an air purification device that provides a high-cleanliness environment in the operating area. Indoor air passes through a pre-filter into the plenum chamber, then through a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter, ultimately forming a highly clean unidirectional laminar airflow in the operating area. Clean benches can be categorized into horizontal laminar flow and vertical laminar flow based on airflow direction, and into single-person, double-person, single-sided, and double-sided based on the operating surface. The Jiecheng series of clean benches are used in healthcare, electronics, precision instruments, pharmaceuticals, cell culture, animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, and bioengineering.
Instrument Features:
* Vertical flow type, quasi-enclosed table surface, effectively preventing external airflow from entering and reducing irritation and impact from gases generated during operation.
* Equipped with an infinitely variable speed adjustable air volume fan system, ensuring the wind speed in the work area remains ideal.
* Utilizes an ultra-thin aluminum frame separatorless HEPA filter, minimizing the size of the plenum chamber, reducing the overall cabinet dimensions, and increasing the effective area of the clean zone. The work surface is made of stainless steel for easy cleaning.
