I. Warehouse shelving is mainly divided into the following types by load capacity:

II. Shelving materials:
1. Shelving components are made from rolled steel plates, strength and rigidity comply with mechanical industry standards.

Warehouse shelving
Consists of multiple groups of sloped gravity conveyor chutes arranged vertically and horizontally. When storing, pallets are sent into the chute from the high end of the shelf slope, slide down via guide wheels, stored one by one. When retrieving, pallets are taken from the low end of the slope, subsequent pallets slide to replace. Pallet sliding speed controlled by centrifugal brakes.


Powered shelving utilization can reach 85%, achieving automated storage flow in each chute, pallets flow in and out sequentially, thus no oversight, especially suitable for fragile goods and large quantities of same variety, short-term storage goods. Requires fewer forklifts, travel distance much less than fixed shelving, thus greatly reducing operating costs. Can use various handling machinery, but typically standard counterbalanced forklifts are used.
