Features of European Single-Girder Cranes: European optimized design, lightweight, low wheel pressure, compact size, lifting capacity up to 32t. Multiple modes to meet various user needs. Excellent driving performance, frequency conversion speed control, and smooth operation. Single main girder, welded box structure, camber compliant with national standards. Steel plate material is Q235B or Q345B. The web is cut from a full sheet using 40m CNC cutting to ensure smooth camber curve formation and precision. Main welds are made using submerged arc automatic welding and non-destructive testing. The entire beam is shot-blasted after welding to achieve Sa2.5 grade, eliminating welding stress. Epoxy zinc-rich paint, two primers and two topcoats, 140μ thick, long lifespan, beautiful appearance, and good gloss. The main girder and end beams are connected with 10.9-grade high-strength bolts to ensure structural strength and precision. The trolley and gantry use three-in-one drive mechanisms, frequency conversion stepless speed control, hard gear surfaces, and disc brakes. Gantry drive IP55, F-grade insulation, with an electrical duty cycle of 40% ED. End beams are equipped with flat wheels or double-flange wheels, wear-resistant bearings, gantry buffer blocks, and anti-derailment end plates.
Electrical aspects: Powered by safety slip lines, equipped with phase-loss protection. Independent control of lifting, trolley, and gantry mechanisms, allowing separate or simultaneous operation.
Uses vibration-resistant contactors specifically for cranes. The electrical control box is corrosion-resistant with a protection rating of IP55. All connections use heavy-duty aviation plugs and sockets, ensuring good sealing and secure connections. The control box layout is reasonable for easy maintenance. Plug connections are insulated with plastic sleeves. All cables are labeled for easy identification.
