Features of Pipeline Thermal Gas Mass Flow Meters

   The MF201 series pipeline thermal gas mass flow meters can be used for gas flow measurement as well as in process control applications. They are produced using advanced American technology, require no temperature or pressure compensation, and directly measure the mass flow of the fluid. Their standout features include: no moving parts; minimal pressure loss; wide range ratio; high accuracy; high reliability; simple installation and easy operation. They can fully replace orifice plates and differential pressure flow meters in all fields.

Thermal Gas Mass Flow Meters: Can be used to measure the standard volumetric flow or mass flow of various single or mixed gases (except acetylene) in pipelines of any shape or material (such as round, square, or rectangular pipes, with diameters ranging from 8mm to 50,000mm or larger, and materials including various metals, plastics, cement, etc.), such as air, nitrogen, oxygen, ozone, helium, hydrogen, methane, ethane, propane, ethylene, propylene, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen fluoride, phosphine, ammonia, Freon, isobutane, n-pentane, methane, gas, biogas, various blast furnace and coke oven gases, water gas, semi-water gas, mixed gas, natural gas, dust-laden flue gas, and chemical mixed gases. Structurally, they can be configured as pipeline or insertion flow meters with various accessories.
