1. Product Introduction:

Jingrui Nano ATO powder is composed of antimony-doped tin oxide powder, with a primary particle size of about 30nm. It is used to create transparent coatings with conductive, antistatic, or infrared-absorbing properties, thereby achieving thermal insulation effects.

2. Product Performance:

Nano ATO powder has a small primary particle size, is easy to disperse, and can be used to prepare stable aqueous and various solvent-based nano ATO dispersions. The ultra-small nano ATO particles exhibit very weak absorption of visible light (380-780nm) and are composed of particles that minimally scatter visible light, providing shielding and reflection of infrared rays, resulting in significant transparent thermal insulation effects. Uniformly dispersed ATO nano conductive particles interconnect within an insulating matrix to achieve antistatic effects. ATO nanoparticles are inert oxide nanoparticles obtained through high-temperature heat treatment, exhibiting strong weather resistance to temperature (below 700°C), acidity, alkalinity, humidity, and other corrosive substances.

ATO has excellent electrical and optical properties. Leveraging its good conductivity and antistatic properties, it is widely used in coatings, plastics, textiles, polymer films, electronic products, and other fields. It can be made into plastic additives or plastic conductive masterbatches to produce conductive plastics; it can be combined with other materials and added to the production of solar films; it can be used to create nano-composite transparent antistatic coatings; and it can be applied in various fields such as multifunctional conductive materials.
