Air-cooled modular central air conditioning system

The Shangbaite air-cooled modular central air conditioning unit is a multi-component air conditioning system that uses air as the cold and heat source. Its working principle is based on the reverse Carnot cycle, achieving energy exchange through the evaporation and condensation of refrigerant within the modular units: during summer cooling, the outdoor unit fan draws in air, and the refrigerant absorbs heat in the finned heat exchanger while releasing it to the environment; during winter heating, the four-way valve switches the flow direction, allowing the refrigerant to absorb heat from the outdoor air and release it indoors. The modular design allows multiple units to be connected in parallel, with microcomputer control enabling automatic capacity adjustment to meet varying load demands.

The system's notable features include: no need for a cooling tower, saving installation space and water resources; modular structure supports flexible expansion, easy maintenance, and backup functionality; the air-cooled heat exchange method avoids the risk of water pollution, though heat exchange efficiency is significantly affected by ambient temperature. Operating noise is relatively high, requiring careful planning of outdoor unit installation locations. Modern models commonly integrate intelligent defrosting and frequency conversion technology, with continuously optimized energy efficiency ratios (COP), balancing energy savings and environmental adaptability.

The units have a wide range of applications, covering heating areas from tens of square meters to hundreds of thousands of square meters, and are used in various industries such as residential, hotel, school, office, and agricultural sectors.
