Sunbright High-Efficiency Water-Source Heat Pump System Working Principle:
Based on the reverse Carnot cycle principle, it uses electrical energy to drive the system, extracting "heat" from surface soil or water via refrigerant heat exchange for winter heating. In summer: it extracts heat from indoors to achieve air conditioning cooling and releases thermal energy into the soil or surface water, enabling cross-seasonal thermal energy recycling.
The high-efficiency water-source heat pump unit mainly consists of a compressor, condenser, expansion valve, evaporator, refrigerant, piping, electrical control components, and other parts. During operation, the compressor inhales low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant vapor generated in the evaporator, maintaining low pressure in the evaporator and creating conditions for the refrigerant liquid to continuously absorb heat from the coolant and boil at low temperatures. The inhaled vapor is compressed, increasing its temperature and pressure, creating conditions for the refrigerant to liquefy. The high-temperature, high-pressure vapor is discharged into the condenser, where, under constant pressure, it is cooled by the cooling medium (water), releases heat, lowers temperature, and further condenses into liquid, which is discharged from the condenser. High-pressure refrigerant liquid passes through the expansion valve, where resistance causes a pressure drop, leading to partial vaporization of the refrigerant liquid, absorbing latent heat of vaporization, and reducing its own temperature, becoming low-temperature, low-pressure wet vapor that enters the evaporator. In the evaporator, the refrigerant liquid absorbs heat from the coolant (water) (i.e., producing cooling capacity) and vaporizes under constant pressure. The resulting low-pressure, low-temperature vapor is again inhaled by the compressor, repeating this cyclic process.
