Its core advantage lies in utilizing wet curtain evaporative cooling as the primary cooling method, precooling the circulating water to near the ambient wet-bulb temperature, followed by secondary heat exchange through the indoor unit, significantly enhancing the system's overall coefficient of performance (COP). Specifically, when 30-35°C high-temperature circulating water flows through the wet curtain, water evaporation under the fan's action removes latent heat of vaporization, reducing the water temperature by 5-8°C. This cooled water then enters the condenser, rapidly cooling refrigerants such as R410A from high-temperature states, improving efficiency by 30-40% or more compared to traditional air-cooled condensers.

The system design particularly emphasizes graded energy utilization: after heat exchange, the warmed circulating water returns to the outdoor unit, where it is precooled by 3-5°C via air-cooled fins before evenly flowing through the honeycomb wet curtain via a water distribution system, forming a water film to increase the evaporation surface area. Test data show that under conditions of 35°C dry-bulb temperature and 50% relative humidity, the hybrid system's COP can reach 4.8-5.2, saving approximately 40% energy compared to traditional air conditioning systems.
