ZNF50 Air Motor Pneumatic Square Head Vibrator

The pneumatic concrete vibrator is a mining shaft construction tool. It features compact size, high vibration frequency, and easy insertion into concrete for operation. Particularly, with an improved connection device, it is easier to operate and serves as a vibrator for coal mines and shaft construction. It is suitable for construction projects with a compressed air source, performing vibration and compaction tasks for various dry-hard and plastic concrete.
The pneumatic concrete vibrator uses compressed air as the power source and a vane-type air motor as the driving force. It offers advantages such as large amplitude, high frequency, lightweight, reasonable structure, safe operation, and convenient maintenance and use. The vibrator consists of two parts: the power unit and the vibration unit. The power unit employs a vane-type pneumatic motor, and the flexible shaft head of the vibration rod is floatingly inserted into the connecting sleeve on the pneumatic motor shaft. Once the outer sleeve of the vibration rod is inserted, the handle is tightened to integrate the components.

Usage, Maintenance, and Care:

1. After long-distance transportation or prolonged storage, before use, rotate the exhaust sleeve by 30 degrees to align the holes, ensuring smooth exhaust. Test run for 3-5 minutes to check if the air motor operates normally and starts flexibly. Inspect whether the grease in the hose has deteriorated and if there is oil or water inside the rod head.

2. The inner diameter of the air intake pipe must not be less than 25 mm, and the air pressure must not be lower than 0.24 MPa.

3. When connecting the air supply pipe, blow clean any dirt inside the pipe and at the joints to prevent impurities from entering the cylinder, causing wear on components or jamming the rotor.

4. Check whether the connection between the vibration rod and the flexible shaft/hose is secure. Then, turn the connection handle upward by 180 degrees, insert the connector into the air motor head, and tighten the connection handle.

5. During vibration, allow the vibration rod to sink naturally into the concrete. Do not use the rod head to pry reinforcement bars. During operation, the bending radius of the hose should not be less than 250 mm to avoid damage to the flexible shaft and hose.

6. Lubrication: Add one-third of No. 3 composite calcium-based grease to the bearing chambers of the front and rear end covers in the air motor.

The flexible shaft should be removed, cleaned, and coated with a layer of No. 3 composite calcium-based grease after 50 hours of use.

After 10 hours of use, inspect the internal components of the vibration rod for integrity. Bearings should be lubricated with a higher melting point grease, with the amount filling one-third of the bearing chamber. The raceway and rolling cones should be kept free of oil residue.

7. When the vibrator is not in use, rotate the exhaust sleeve of the air motor by 30 degrees to close the exhaust port, preventing impurities from entering the cylinder through the exhaust outlet.
